Sky Dance is now also offering Mindfulness Meditation sessions at the request of some individuals. Those sessions are taking place prior to the Dance & Movement classes. All are welcome to join Meditation only sessions, Dance or both classes, one after the other.
More day and evening classes will be scheduled in 2009.
Sky Dance is an holistic approach to dance, integrating movement improvisation and freedance with the meditative practice of mindfulness. Sky Dance helps overcome stress and tension by bringing the body and mind into a state of relaxation. Sky Dance can gradually improve our body posture and can lead to increased vitality, energy, and general well-being. Senses become more acute, contributing to living a fuller life, increasing creativity and blissfull sensations.
