Sky-Dance: Dancing Your Way To Bliss

Most dance classes focus on how you look, rather than what is going on inside, and this can cause you to lose sight of the deeper awareness of your body. 

Once you start to value the inner experience of dancing and share it with others, you can develop more generosity, joy, well being and even bliss in the process. This is why Sky-Dance now offers you simple tools to develop meditative skills; so that you can choose to explore creative dance or meditation, either on their own or together, which means that you can explore dance in wisdom, and meditation in movement.
