The Healing and Creative Arts of Dance. Exercises are derived from contemporary dance improvisation and Skinner Releasing Techniques, from Colour Healing, and the practice of Mindfulness.
The dance evolves from a visualisation or simply from mindfulness; depending on the exercises given. Light touch is integrative and essential to the sessions.
Mindfulness Meditation. Open to all who wish to learn simple yet effective techniques to manage stress, and increase inner-Peace.
Can I benefit from Sky Dance? Yes, if you enjoy dancing, if you are in need of physical exercises with a gentle, fun and creative approach; or if you are seeking to integrate meditative discipline with creative movement; also if you are an artist or writter disolving "creative blocks" or a performer wishing to improve the depth of your movement; or again if you simply need to unwind and gain a sense of well-being, and inner-Peace.

- Stress Management Through Meditation weekly sessions. Venue and dates soon to be confirmed and announced here.
Courses and Weekly Sessions already running at-The Dance Warehouse , 33 St Dunstan's Street, Canterbury, Kent CT2 8BZ, every Tuesdays & Thursdays: DANCE & MOVEMENT IMPRO: 12-1pm. £7.50 payable at the onstart of sessions on Tuesdays, or benefit of a reduction by booking 6 sessions ahead.
NB: Thursdays are reserved to pre-bookings: £40 only for 6 hourly sessions. Classes are usually suspended during the half-term and school holidays, except in some specific occasions when it would be announced here.

Bring a cushion for the MEDITATION session if you wish. For DANCE session, you will need comfortable clothes and soft shoes (if you do not want to dance barefoot). Suitable for all who enjoy dancing.
