Sky-Dance classes


Sky-Dance is an enjoyable approach to creative movement. All exercises are designed to encourage you to dance freely and improvise with movement. 

What makes Sky-Dance different from other dance classes?

Sky-Dance is different from formal dance classes because of its shamanic roots and structures. Exercises are derived from Contemporary Dance Improvisation, Skinner Releasing Techniques, Colour Healing, Trance and Ecstatic Dance, and the practice of Mindfulness. 

Light touch and sometime gentle massage are integrative and essential to the sessions. If you've never danced before, you wil benefit just as much and be just as welcome as someone with years of experience.

An art which heals you

As a healing art, Sky-Dance aims to balance, harmonise and unite your masculine and feminine energies, integrating visualisation, guided imaginary exercises and light touch. Thus it increases your body consciousness, stimulating the alignment of your spine and strengthening the bridge between your mind and body. Sky-Dance is strongly imbued with the understanding of the Five Elements from Tibetan and Native American spiritual medicinal paths, the Tibetan medicinal lineage being its main foundation.

Meditation to bring you inner peace

Sky-Dance also offers meditation which helps to reduce your stress levels, decreases the probability of heart disease; to understand your mind, and to create for you a sense of inner peace. Mindfulness Meditation helps to increase your potential to concentrate, and to be spontaneous and creative, and it helps you to live in the here and now. 

By quieting your mind, you get a greater understanding of who you are. The sessions integrate different streams of Meditation techniques, such us colour, healing, and sheenay (Tibetan meditation). Classes are open to you whether you're a beginner or a more experienced practitioner.


Tuesdays: 12.15-1.15pm and Fridays: 6-7pm

Creative Movement And Holistic Dance: improvisation with guided visualisation, integrating breath awareness and light touch exercises; freeing your movements from inside-out. 

Fridays : 5-6pm : 

Simple Tools To Overcome Stress With Meditative Skills: learn the foundations of meditation and other skills to generate an increased sense of wellbeing.


Tuesdays & Fridays: £7.50 for the session, £30 for 4 sessions pre-booked, or £40 for 6 sessions pre-booked.

Bring a notepad & pen for creative personal writing space after sessions; cushion for sitting meditation, and loose clothing for dance.


One-to-one Sessions: £40, for dance or meditation. 

Spiritual healing and use of the Vibration Plate Pro: 30 mins, £12.
