Morning or Afternoon Workshops.

"Dance and Movement Improvisation: an introduction ": Exploring the fundamental sources of creative movement using various exercises originating from visualisation and relaxed induced states. We will also practice with meditation as the starting point of dance and movement improvisation. With floor and gentle light touch exercises, we will focus our awareness on the connections between body & mind in relation to the space within and around us.

"Mindfulness Meditation": The workshop will focus on Meditation; all welcome. Spend half a day or a full day to centre yourself, to create inner-peace, and develop more spaciousness from within. The theme of the day will be increasing our gratitude and appreciation of life.

"The Wisdom of Dance ": Bringing forth our awareness of The Universal Feminine, Wisdom, or again"Shunyata". Dancing and Moving in Improvisation on the theme of the Universal Feminine Divine. The Workshop will include some meditation and breathing awareness exercises as foundations to our dances.
