Regular Weekly Classes

Dance & Holistic Movement

Tuesdays: 12.30-1.30pm

Fridays: 6.15-7.15pm

For a dance session, you will need comfortable clothes.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Fridays: 5-6pm.

Bring a cushion for the meditation session if you wish.

Location

Workshops, weekly and some of the one-to-one sessions take place a few minutes walk from Canterbury West Station in the serene studio of:

Canterbury Pilates , Unit 8, Roper Close, St Dunstan's, Canterbury, Kent CT2 7EP

Spiritual healing and use of the Vibration Plate Pro are temporarily taking place in Walmer, Kent.

Prior booking essential

Morning Workshop: 10.30am-1pm

Afternoon Workshop: 2.30-5pm

Saturday workshops

Half day: £35 per half day (concessions £27)

Full day: £60 (concessions £50)

Groups limited to 7 participants, therefore pre-booking essential.
